Our hiring process usually involves two interviews: one with a Technical Consultant and one with a Hiring manager. Applicants will be asked to complete a case study during the interview. The entire process takes about a week or two. We do our best to review applications as quickly as possible and keep applicants informed at each stage of the hiring process.
Because our firm offers clients expertise across a wide variety of fields, we hire consultants with diverse backgrounds and personalities. We are seeking candidates that are detail-oriented and independent. Given the likelihood of international assignments, fluency in English is also a prerequisite.
